Warranty Procedure for Blu-ray, DVD and CD writers
On the 1st of January 2007 the warranty procedure for Pioneer’s DVD Writer products changed.
Any Pioneer DVD Writer products that are within their standard warranty period and have developed a fault or have a suspected fault will need to be returned to the “place of purchase” where they will be exchanged.
We encourage you to call your local Pioneer Contact Centre or to send us an e-mail to see if we can resolve the issue firstly.
Please follow the information on this page in the case you suspect that your product has developed a fault.
- As with all warranty claims, please contact the “place of purchase” first. You will need to show your original sales receipt or invoice as “proof of purchase”.
- If your DVD writer had originated from one of our Distributors then you should contact them directly.
- If your DVD writer had originated from one of the distributors listed below, then please contact Yoku Technology GmbH., Tel: +49-(0)8151-9084-0, rma@yoku.de
