FAQ - Car Audio

I connected my iPod via the CD-IB100 adapter to my car stereo but it only shows the battery icon of my iPod on the screen of the iPod.

1) Check the connection of the iPod interface (CD-IB100) with your head unit. The blue IP-bus connection on the head unit needs to be connected to the black IP-bus connection (IP-bus out) on the iPod interface or no song or control of the iPod is possible.
2) Reset your head unit after connection was made (see instruction manual from head unit)
3) Check if your headphones are unplugged from the iPod.
4) Check if your iPod was reset (see instruction manual from iPod).
