I have no TMC reception.

The TMC broadcaster may be off air or you could be in a poor reception area. If this continues, please check the antenna and /or reset the system as per your operating manual (this could vary on the disc which is used). Or try manual tuning : MENU - INFO - MANUAL SEARCH.
