My navigation unit takes the wrong exit on a roundabout.

Check the satellite reception and speed pulse of your navigation unit.
You can do this via MENU - INFO - CONNECTIONS or SETTINGS - HARDWARE INFO (depending on the model). The satellites should at least have 5 coloured icons.
If this is ok, go back in the menu, go to 3D CALIBRATION and check the speed pulse (you can check the speed pulse in this screen while driving). No pulse should be counted while the car stopped. If this is the case, contact your dealer.

If the satellite reception and speed pulse are ok, please e-mail us the route data and we will verify the problem and inform you about the result.
