FAQ - DJ Accessory

What do I need to be able to DJ with the DJS from my laptop, i.e. sound card, controller, better audio driver, etc. ?

In addition to a computer with DJS installed on it, the following items are necessary:
1) A sound device with two or more outputs (so that songs can be monitored)
2) Headphones
3) A DJ player controller: DMP-555 (DJS v1.003 and later), CDJ-400 (DJS v1.5 and later), MEP-7000/SEP-C1 (since DJS v1.6)
4) An external DJ mixer

NOTES:
- An external DJ mixer is not necessary if an internal DJ mixer has beenselected.
- Operations are possible without the use of a player controller.
