The message 'Log in to your computer in the administrator's account' comes up, does this mean DJS cannot be installed?

The appropriate procedure for the OS you are using differs for Windows XP and 2000. Check the installation procedures for the OS you are using. With Windows XP: If the COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR does not log in, the software cannot be installed. Check inside CONTROL PANEL, USERS ACCOUNTS that the type of account logged into is COMPUTER ADMINISTRATOR. With Windows 2000: If the ADMINISTRATOR does not log in, the software cannot be installed. Check inside CONTROL PANEL, USERS AND PASSWORDS that the type of account logged into is ADMINISTRATOR.
