The message 'Unable to connect to the Internet' comes up when trying to obtain CD Information with the Ripping function from DJS.

It may be that either the computer settings for connecting to the Internet have not been made or the cable for connecting to the Internet is not correctly connected. 1. Check the users manual for the computer you are using and make the settings for connecting to the Internet. 2. Check and make sure the cable is connected.
