History

Checkpoint was formed in 1978, in the centre of Aberdeen, catering for motor enthusiasts. We quickly out grow the original premises, and after a further couple of moves, we settled in our existing 10,000 square foot city centre retail shop & workshop facility. Our philosophy, remains the same today as it did 30 years ago. Checkpoint is still run by enthusiasts, for enthusiasts.

A large part of Checkpoint's business, is the in-car/multimedia division, where we not only stock some of the best equipment on the market, but we are also able to install anything we sell. Out installs vary from simple head unit changeover to fully designed multimedia systems. All work being carried out by our award winning engineers on-site at George Street.

Demo Car

Our latest addition to the Checkpoint fleet, is our Citroen C2 VTS, which we have just installed a full Pioneer PRS system.
