Pioneer Car - Competition

1. The Promotion: entitles a registered Facebook (www.facebook.com) user (the "participant") who is a fan of Pioneer Car (www.facebook.com/pioneer.car) by the Closing Date (below) to be entered into a prize draw for one of three pairs of complimentary Pedestrian Tickets to Trax, on 5th September 2010 at the Silverstone Circuit (the complimentary item).

2. Participants: must be aged 17 or over and residents of the UK. Only one application per household will be accepted for this promotion.

3. Start Date: 26th August 2010.

4. Closing Date: Only Facebook user’s that become ‘Fans’ by 4pm (GMT) on the 31st August 2010, will be eligible. Facebook users that become ‘Fans’ after this deadline will be disregarded from the prize draw.

5. How to qualify: participants must be ‘Fans’ of Pioneer Car on Facebook (www.facebook.com/pioneer.car) by the Closing Date (above). Becoming a ‘Fan’ can be accomplished by visiting the Pioneer Car Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/pioneer.car) and clicking on the “Like” button.

After the closing date a winner will be notified by Facebook Message, where they will be invited to provide their full Postal Address, within 1 day of the date of the Facebook Message. Failure to respond within this time will invalidate the offer of the complimentary item.

We will endeavour to process entries, communicate with winners and dispatch the complimentary items within 1 business day from the date of the winner’s address being provided by Direct Message. However please note that Pioneer cannot and does not provide any guarantee that participants will receive their complimentary item within this time period.

6. Responsibility: to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (but not otherwise) Pioneer and their agents assume no responsibility and are not liable for entries delayed in transmission or not received; the availability, loss/late receipt of the complimentary item or any other communication, fees, charges or other costs which participants may be required to pay at any time in connection with this promotion or any other factors outside the reasonable control of Pioneer or its agents.

It is the participant’s responsibility to provide a suitable delivery address as complimentary items will be delivered by Royal Mail standard delivery. If items are returned to sender then the participant will be responsible for covering the costs of recovering the item, or having it resent.

7. General: all instructions relating to this promotion form part of the terms and conditions. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Pioneer promotion. Pioneer’s decision in the exercise or interpretation of any rights or discretion in connection with these terms and conditions shall be final and binding. By participating, participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules and to their interpretation under English law.

There are no cash alternatives to this promotion. Complimentary items are subject to availability. Pioneer may in its absolute discretion substitute or offer an alternative item of equal or greater value.

8. Data Privacy: The data supplied by participants will be used by the Promoter and/or its agents for the purpose of processing the promotion and fulfilling the obligations of the Promoter. Participants may be contacted from time to time in the future about new products and services available from the Promoter.
