Bristol Sound & Vision Show 2010

The Bristol Sound & Vision show, organised by Audio T and What Hi-Fi Sound & Vision Magazine, is set to take place on the 26th – 28th February 2010 at the Marriot City Centre Hotel in Bristol.

The show sees a range of manufacturers and designers come together to showcase the latest in audio and visual products and this year Pioneer has pulled out all of the stops to create an interactive display of their latest top of the range products including their brand new S-71 speakers, which will be showcased for the first time at the show.

Pioneer’s display stand has taken on a radical change in its appearance from last year’s Sound & Vision show and will include a genius bar, which provides an interactive opportunity for visitors to come and try out Pioneer’s products and ask Pioneer’s home technology experts your product questions.

The genius bar will give visitors an opportunity to try out Pioneer’s new iPod Speaker System, complete with Bluetooth streaming for iPod and iPhone, as well as Pioneer’s AV recievers which will allow visitors to digitally stream YouTube clips from their iPod or iPhone directly onto a screen. Pioneer will also be showcasing their Pure Malt Whiskey speakers, crafted from 100 year old whiskey barrels to create the smoothest and richest acoustic sound alongside BD live displays and DAB digital radio demonstrations.

Pioneer will also provide an opportunity to see and experience their products in a living room style demonstration area that allows visitors to view high quality Blu-ray pictures from Pioneer’s BDP-LX52 Blu-ray player and SC-LX82 AV receiver whilst experiencing the sound of Pioneer’s brand new S-71 range of speakers. The new speakers boast the expertise and knowledge from The Pioneer Speaker Design Centre in Paris combined with the Speaker Engineering gurus in Tokyo and have been designed with a contemporary look and feel with tailor made woofers and concentric drivers.

In the white room, Pioneer will display their perfect partner Blu-ray players and AV receivers including the recent What Hi-Fi Magazine Group Test winners the BDP-320 and VSX919-AH. This room provides an opportunity for visitors to get up close and personal with some of Pioneer’s well known products, including the renowned Pioneer Susano amplifier which is partnered with Pioneer’s high-end Blu ray player the BDP-LX91.

The Bristol Sound & Vision show is a great opportunity for visitors to come along and experience first hand some of Pioneer’s well known award winning products whilst finding out more about the latest additions to Pioneer’s product range. The interactive genius bar provides a perfect opportunity to chat with some of Pioneer’s technology experts and try out the new iPod Speaker Systems ability to wirelessly play music from your iPod or iPhone, or play your YouTube videos on screen via digital streaming through Pioneer’s AV receivers.
