TL-1601c Low-Frequency Loudspeaker

New to our line of 16" low frequency loudspeakers is the TL-1601C. Although a difficult task to improve upon our current models TL-1601 A and B, this new design features single piece construction, an edgewise wound voice coil, and Alnico7 magnetic circuit which can achieve a high magnetic flux density of 11,500G.
The durable yet lightweight cone contains a new triangular filter to dynamically balance the weight of the lead connections. Our new yoke, plate and magnetic circuit are cast as a single piece which serves to eliminate unwanted resonance and vibration. Also, the centerpole piece has a fixed mounting design for improved durability. The frame is vented to allow for greater heat dissipation and to allow for a higher power handling capability of 200 Watts Rated, 500 Watts Maximum. Together, these improvements to the overall frame construction combine to increase the strength of the magnetic circuit by 4 times resulting in very tight sound with deep bass response.
The TL-1601C has an extremely smooth and rapid reaction while reproducing a deep and accurate sound from 28Hz to 2,000Hz with an SPL of 97dB/W.
