The VSX-918V-S provides crystal-clear playback of 1080p signals with two HDMI inputs and one out, making it an ideal component for full high definition home entertainment.
Enjoy your digital music collection, too. Plug and play your MP3 player via the USB-in or connect your iPod directly, without the need for a docking station. The main benefit is that the connection is digital, which guarantees a full digital transfer without intermediate digital-to-analogue, analogue-to-digital conversions; what you hear is pure.
The volume fluctuations that you sometimes hear when you listen to MP3 recordings, or when switching radio stations, for example are now also eliminated. The system features Auto Level Control, which cancels unwanted changes in volume when you change the source.
The VSX-918V-S includes our unique MCACC system, which stands for Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration. At the touch of a button, the MCACC will optimally tune the amplifier to the size of your living room space and speaker placement.
