The VSX-LX51 offers HDMI (3 in, 1 out) with Deep Colour. This means that all colour transitions and gradients are reproduced with the highest level of precision. What you see is as natural and lifelike as possible.
This receiver includes our unique 9-band Advanced MCACC system, which stands for Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration. At the touch of a button, the MCACC will analyse your room environment and optimally tune the system. Precision tuning of your home entertainment system with minimum effort.
Another feature of MCACC is Phase Control. Phase Control calibrates possible frequency delay and aligns the phase within each speaker individually, as well as between all your speakers. What you hear is as true to the original source as possible.
The VSX-LX51 is the perfect partner for Blu-ray discs. Built-in Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio decoding, guarantee pure, “lossless” quality audio.
With THX Select2 Plus certification, you can expect the best possible sound reproduction using 7 channels, whether you’re watching, listening or playing.
Enjoy your digital music collection, too. Plug and play your MP3 player via the USB-in or connect your iPod directly. The main benefit is that the connection is digital, which guarantees transfer without intermediate digital-to-analogue, analogue-to-digital conversions; what you hear is pure.
Flexible speaker placement is possible, too. The VSX-LX51 includes a ‘Front Stage Surround Advance’ feature. You no longer have to position the speakers in the traditional 5.1 surround setting around the room, just place them alongside your television, facing the front. Neat and elegant, without even the slightest loss of sound quality.
